What's in My Carry On | Prague

So on Wednesday me and Steven are off to Prague! I'm so so excited! I've really wanted to go to Prague for the last few years and we're eventually going! We tend to have a city break over Easter, I was doubtful this year as we've got an amazing 2 week holiday to Mexico in September. But since it's quite cheap to get there and we're staying in an AirBnb (not to mention Prague is one of the cheapest cities in Europe) we ended up squeezing it in!

So I thought I would share some things I'm taking in my carry on, technically we only have carry ons and I'm taking a mini suitcase, but these are the bits I'm taking in my handbag. First off my Travel Documents Wallet by Happy Jackson, I got this for my birthday last year from my mam, I love it! I really wanted something to put all the important bits in, I'm a stickler for being organised and it has compartments for all your things!

I'm obviously taking my headphones with me, but also on my phone I've recently been into Audible, I've never listened to audiobooks before but after the free trial I had I loved it! I only really like listening to autobiographies (as long as they're read by the author!) and then actually having a book version for fiction, not sure why! I would highly recommend Binge by Tyler Oakley and Wildflower by Drew Barrymore, her voice is lovely to listen to! At the moment I'm listening to Down the Rabbit Hole by Holly Madison, I used to love watching Girls of the Playboy Mansion on E! back in the day, so it's super interesting! I've also got Nick Frost's book and Melissa Joan Hart's ready to listen to, let me know if you have any recommendations!

The actual book I'm reading at the moment is Faceless by Alyssa Sheinmel, I'll not go into detail about this as I'll have it in my Read & Reviewed coming up soon!

For other bits I've got my sunglasses, these ones are just from Primark, my passport with my cute pink case, a Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm and a little pocket mirror and finally my little coin purse, also from Happy Jackson!

Are you off anywhere nice this year?

  1. Love the Happy Jackson pieces, such a cute brand!

I'm also tempted to try Audible, but I love traditional print books too much to stray away from them! Maybe autobiographies are a good way to ease into audio books though, it would make sense enjoying a book being read by its author!

Have a lovely time away, you lucky sod, I'm stuck at my universities library every day writing my dissertation - fun!
