Reviving a Classic

So a few weeks ago, I decided to visit an old friend, I hadn't seen her in a while and I thought she needed reviving, I am of course talking about the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser! I first used this more than a year ago and I completely fell in love with it. It's won so many awards, just won its 100th I think? But those awards are totally justified. After seeing the starter kit in Boots for £14.75 I couldn't resist and now she's back in my skincare routine. My starter kit included the 100ml Cleanse & Polish, along with 2 muslin cloths, an instruction card for those who are new to it and a handy travel case. So it's amazing value for money!

Obviously everyone and their grandma knows about this product so I won't go into too much detail about how you use it. Run a sink full of warm water, take a couple of pumps and rub them into your face, don't be afraid to rub it over your eyes, it's amazing for taking off makeup. Once that's rubbed in, take your muslin cloth, put it into the warm water and ring it out. Then just remove all of the cleanser with your cloth, rinse your face and cloth after.

This product is so good at 'taking the day off' I use it in my nighttime skincare routine and I can't get enough of it! It's really gentle which is great for someone with sensitive skin like me. It just makes your face feel clean, soft, fresh and gently exfoliated, ready for the rest of your routine. If you haven't already tried this (don't think many people haven't) I would definitely recommend it!

Do you think Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser lives up to the hype?
